At NBR Overseas LLC, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Return & Refund Window
You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable"

Any product damaged due to misuse or improper handling
3. How to Initiate a Return

Include your order number, item details, and reason for return. We will provide return instructions, including the return address.
Note: Do not return any item without receiving return authorization from us.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund (unless waived).
5. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

If the item was damaged due to misuse or not returned in its original condition, only a partial refund may be granted.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
